Wednesday, May 27th, 2009 by Michael C. BenderGov. Charlie Crist today signed a $66.5 billion budget, vetoing just two items: a 2 percent pay cut to state workers and a $6 million raid of a trust fund that pays for procession concealed weapons permits.
