He now has information on how to replace all Emergency Managers with another of his dishonorable enterprises, not unlike creating jails with investors wanting guaranteed residency of 80%(?) or more. How does someone who is supposed represent all of his people create an investment that requires jailing more of them? And, then he can eliminate their voting rights FOREVER. He's not my role model. He is Mr. Privatize all things possible. He does not represent the best interests of all of his constituents. Some of us know that.
