Mitt Romney could be naming a running mate — Sen.
Marco Rubio is slated to speak at an Aug. 22
Forum Club of the Palm Beaches luncheon.
The noon event will be at the Palm Beach County Convention Center at 650 Okeechobee Boulevard.
Elected in 2010, Rubio has been an object of vice presidential speculation for months.
