Root-canal Republicanism? Christie’s ‘pain’ prescription
by George Bennett | August 30th, 2012New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie‘s Tuesday night keynote speech urged Republicans to elevate respect over love and praised Mitt Romney for being able to deliver “hard truths” about scaling back government.
Christie continued in a similar vein this morning when speaking to Florida’s Republican convention delegation.
“We need to be the folks who are telling the truth to the public about the depth of these problems and the pain that will have to be endured in the short-term to fix them,” Christie said.
“We can’t any longer just whistle a happy tune to folks, any of us in public life, because the public is a heck of a lot smarter than most politicians give them credit for.”
After all the tough talk, however, Christie told the Florida delegates that Romney must show his “heart” in his acceptance speech tonight.

I believe avoiding ready-made foods would be the first step in order to lose weight. They might taste very good, but ready-made foods have got very little nutritional value, making you try to eat more only to have enough electricity to get over the day. When you are constantly taking in these foods, changing to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more electricity while taking in less. Interesting blog post.
