It's the hype constantly trumpeted by Democrats when they post. FLORIDA is in GOOD FINANCIAL HEALTH! Companies are moving to FL. People are escaping their high taxing state and moving to FL. Carpetbaggers are those who move from other places with their big pensions, and tidy sums of savings and seek to make over PBC as their last home. They run for office and try to bring the taxing mentality, the development mentality, the EXTRA rules and regulations to FL. Already PBC is a HIGH TAX county. People are leaving and moving to Martin and Indian River Counties to escape the taxes here. Insurance is cheaper in those counties. And that taxation comes from the ELECTED democrats who have moved to FL and PBC from other states. The weather in NY and NJ and PA has improved. Winters aren't tough, anymore, move back. Stop destroying the state, the county; you sought to rebuild your life. NO to ALL democrats! Unions do not help the people, they help union members. Rick Scott didn’t destroy the State of FL. Here's hoping he touts his accomplishments, including his successful 7-7-7 plan. He formed his job creation super agency and really convinced the world that Florida's the place to be. Oh, and the laws he and his legislature have crafted! Laws drug testing welfare recipients and state employees (unconstitutional), laws hindering the "wrong" people from voting, and that super successful AHCA challenge! When you include the no bid contracts involving his chief of staff, there's no question that this Governor's putting Florida on the right path! We love you Rick! Way to go Rick!
