When ALL states purge their voters registration, then I’ll agree, but most of these conservatives are screaming about correct I D, why are they not screaming in every state for these rules. Nope just in the states where the Democrats are leading or with a slight edge.

You won’t find a single SOLID blue state doing this. The republicans don’t even ask for ID when voting in their caucuses.

When these closed minded republicans stop being led by the nose and pay attention, they would see that those (religious right ) people
Are willing to break every commandment to win.

Make the rules equal for everyone, not just to help Republicans.

Funny how it’s a Republican that makes these rules just to help themselves but never in their solid blue states.

This Independent is not a fan of the Governor nor would I ever vote for him-didn’t the first time either. However, on this one issue I back him 100%. The illegals should not be afforded the rights of legal citizens-plain and simple. Its not only the illegals-how many are still on the rolls who are deceased?They should be also taken off so their Identities are stolen and people vote in their names. For once, Rick Scott is doing the right thing. The Democrats are just worried that those who could vote for them will not have a chance if their names are purged. Well its just too bad. I would feel the same way if the Republicans were in the same boat. Neither side gets the one up if people shouldnot be voting.

Listen you dumb tea baggers. This isn’t about the President, I don’t like Scott and I will VOTE him out, but we must make sure that Illegals don’t vote. But it must be done legally not randomly because he has a list which has already booted Americans out. I don’t know why voters cannot get to the polls to vote on time, even if you live in a low income community. I do think Sunday should be left alone. Some people do work 6 days a week from 7-7. Who does it really hurt.

Looks like the Republiclowns are up to their tricks again – purging the voter rosters of liberals and independents too. Ever notice how Florida delivers the Republiclown majority to the Presidential candidate when there’s a GOP governor in Tallahassee? Just ask Jeb about his role in the “election” of his brother. Seems the Feds are upset with Scott and his AG, Bondi over this too. Why is that?

Since when do we have a President who makes the laws of this land?

The USA is not a monarchy! There is an elected BODY of officials who crafts the laws of this land, not the President!

A man who seeks to make his own laws without other elected officials assisting in the process, is a President who deems himself a King.

King Obama needs to be defeated. We are not a nation of kings who rule and decree what is legal and not legal.

Totally support Governor Scott in purging non-citizens from voting rolls.

Just like there is fraud in Medicare, Medicaid and other government programs, there is fraud in voting.

We can’t allow those who are not citizens of this country the possibility of voting in our elections.

Can you imagine going to England, France and registering to vote there when you are not a citizen?

It’s the democrats who allow this fraudulent action to occur in this country and COMPLAIN when someone attempts to correct a serious problem.

Democrats need to be defeated. They are diluting our country.

Obviously, Polls can be rigged to get whatever results you want. Did the crook n chief, fraudster governor, GOP or tea baggers buy this poll? With the history of cheating that the GOP has engaged in in this state and in others does this poll result come as any surprise? The goal of this so called “voter purge” is to remove legitimate voters who don’t vote for GOP candidates period! Nothing more, nothing less. That is one seriously flawed poll. Not the whole thing but specifically the question on the purge…

Read the actual question asked:

“36. As you may know, there has been an effort by Governor Scott to remove people from the state’s voter rolls who are suspected of not being U.S. citizens. Some people say this effort is needed to prevent voter fraud. Others say this effort IS INTENDED TO SUPPRESS TURN-OUT BY LOW-INCOME PEOPLE AND MINORITIES. Do you support or oppose Governor Scott’s effort to remove potential non-citizens from the registered voter rolls?”

Suppress turn-out?!

While that may be one effect, and it probably was part of the intent here, the real objection was not about low-income or minorities it was about removing LEGITIMATE VOTERS.

The question should have been:

“36. As you may know, there has been an effort by Governor Scott to remove people from the state’s voter rolls who are suspected of not being U.S. citizens. Some people say this effort is needed to prevent voter fraud. Others say this effort RISKS REMOVING LEGITIMATE CITIZENS FROM THE VOTER ROLLS. Do you support or oppose Governor Scott’s effort to remove potential non-citizens from the registered voter rolls?”

See the difference?

This is nothing but a push poll and its results should be and will be discredited.

I have been unwavering in my support of Brad Lincoln to be a starter. I still believe that he needed to make that start yesterday. I believed his best position to be as “starter” and the Pirates were in need of a starter at present. I will defend that start yesterday to the end!
