Divide the State's population by the number of Districts, feed the Census Tract information into a computer, start at Key West, and let it start adding contiguous precincts until it meets the needed amount of residents and that is District One. Then start over from that point to create District 2, etc., etc. It is not rocket science. It should not be political science. How hard can it be to redistrict fairly in this century? That Haridopolos has a gag order on redistricting is indicitive of the way he would run a Congress seat. It once again shows that Republicans are trying to make this country into a nation of trust us, we'll take care of you with firing squads on our trail.
