Rubio yes, Scott no for Palin visit Saturday

by George Bennett | October 20th, 2010

Palin

Republican Senate nominee Marco Rubio will be on hand Saturday when Sarah Palin headlines a Republican National Committee fund-raiser in Orlando with RNC Chairman Michael Steele.

GOP guv nominee Rick Scott won’t be there — his campaign says he’ll be at a long-planned campaign barbecue in Jacksonville that day.

The Florida Democratic Party hopes to benefit from the Palin visit as well. Dem Chairwoman Karen Thurman sent out a blast e-mail today asking for $10 donations to combat the “Sarah Palin/Marco Rubio/Karl Rove extreme philosophy they want to impose on Florida.”

Palin’s merely the latest potential 2012 GOP White House aspirant to campaign for Florida candidates. Scott appeared Tuesday with Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty in Naples. And former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney was in the state earlier this month for Scott.

Palin’s endorsement actually loses votes for any Repulican, becuase everyone knows by now that Palin has an I.Q. of 37…but she reads every magazine, and can see Russia.

This is so in character for Rick Scott.
Never being with “others”in his own party. May be he’s afraid that Sarah Palin will outshine him. I hate to tell him anyone out there can “outshine”him.
Scott is a real loser and the RNC is a
bigger loser having him run under their
name for Governorship. Personally, I was so happy NOT TO VOTE FOR EITHER CANDIDATE IN EARLY VOTING!You can say I
threw away my vote-but I happily did so.
I would never vote for Sink or Scott. As
    for PALIN-YOU GO GIRL!!!

Why is it that all the republican candidates are a bunch of intellectually challenged, mean-spirited, hypocrites?

I met Palin during a temporary deployment to Elmendorf for joint training with the Alaskan ANG. I estimate–but would not have the doesn’t-pass-the-laugh-test arrogance that you do–to pin an absolute number on her I.Q.

    Here’s how I score it:

After listening to her talk about the problems of the Senate shutting down the F22 program and the effect it would have
on the american workforce (100,000 layoffs) nationwide, I gave her a “default” I.Q. of 100–average.

When she responded to a question put by one of our pilots about the growing threat of China’s military, I gave her two points for knowing 1,000 chinese missiles were pointed at Taiwan.

I gave her five more bonus points for suggesting a very dangerous situation for the U.S. existed because of the territorial dispute between China and Japan over Islands both nation’s believed to be lawfully theirs and three more bonus points for suggesting that the F35 in tandem with the
F22′s in service would still allow maintain global air security.

Finally, I gave her an additional five points for asking my crew chief if it was true that the new Iranian fighter was actually a reverse-engineered F16?

Unweighted score: 115–which would put her in the middle of the high-average group.

I didn’t stick around to hear her talk to some of the other pilots on our team so it’s conceivable she might have wracked up three to five points.

This is all mathematical nonsense, of course, but based on my meeting of her as compared to reading your condescending post, I think I’m not reaching when I say intellectually she could take on you and two of your best friends.

Suggested for your disapproval Say No To Scott: We see in others the parts of ourselves we don’t particularly like. It’s called “projection”.

It’s like the mind says, “O.K.. If you won’t look at your hypocrisy and mean-spiritedness I’m going to use other people as mirrors so you see it everywhere.”

  14. sodakhic Says:

Romney and Pawlenty really energize the conservatives. Not. Rick, I think I would get to Orlando with Rubio and Palin. It could put you over the top.

RUBIO SUCKS!!!!! HELL NO RUBIO!!! GO BACK TO CUBA!!

I’ll bet you don’t even know what College Sarah Palin graduated from..And I’ll double down and say that you struggled to get a H.S. Diploma, and joined the Armed Services to get some Education…and you were born in the South..
