I actually support the idea of state’s rights, as well as the AZ law itself. My concern is with our do-nothing of an Attorney General, Bill McCollum who was recorded as saying that the AZ law wouldn’t be necessary here. However now that he’s behind in the polls to Rick Scott, he’s written an amicus brief and decries the federal judge’s blocking of certain parts of that law? He must have taken flip flop lessons from John Kerry.

If we were any foreign nation this illegal mexican problem would be rightfully treated as an invasion! the freaking joke is over! A few came and some people took advantage of them just like Americans may take taken advantage of some Negro’s captured by John Smith a yankee from Philly and sold by slave traders at auction to the highest bidder. The main difference is the negro’s were captured and brought to the new world. The mexicans are coming over fences, jumping the Rio Grande and whatever to invade the US! One is tyranny the other is an act of war armed or not! The US government is derilect in its duty not to defend US legal citizens from invasion by a foreign nation! We formed the federal government to deliver the mail and protect the borders, not to tell us what to eat and where to poop!

Another reason to make sure democrats are NOT elected. They appoint LIFETIME Federal judges who give these decisions.

And do we need more Obama Supreme Court nominees..no, vote him out in 2012.

Democrats appoint activist judges, liberals, progressives.

do your civic duty and vote in August primary and THEN AGAIN in November 0f 2010.

YOU politicians had better MAN/Woman UP and stop this illegal loving, money wasting government from moving forward against this Az law.

OUR Federal govt HAS to be forced into enforcing our laws.

I want NO amnesty of any sort for all these people who broke our laws and get billions of free money and aid every year they do not deserve. I am sick of them taking jobs americans WILL do now.

DEPORT and stop this anchor baby crap that was never legal. Look up the 14th ammendment. They are not legally citizens if we want to enforce that too.

I am voting all out who raise taxes, do not cut all salaried, budgets, programs and continue to support illegals who DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS.
