Poll: Rubio 36, Crist 34, Meek 15
by Michael C. Bender | July 8th, 2010From Rasmussen Reports:
Regardless of which Democrat is in the race, Rubio carries roughly 60% of the GOP vote, while Crist earns 29% support from voters in his former party. It will be interesting to see if Crist can hang on to this level of support from Republicans as the campaign wears on.
Democrats are narrowly divided between Crist and the candidate from their own party. Voters not affiliated with either party give a slight edge to Crist. But nearly one-out-of-five Democrats and unaffiliateds remain undecided.
Rubio runs stronger among voters over 40, while Crist earns his best numbers among voters ages 18 to 39. Most conservatives like Rubio. Moderates and liberals give the edge to the governor.
The statewide telephone survey of 500 Likely Voters in Florida was conducted on July 6, 2010 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/-4.5 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC.

Please don’t post any more Rasmussen polls. They are absurdly biased and completely discredited.

Meeks is being thrown under the bus by the S FL democrat condo groups. He doesn’t belong to their temple.

with a 4.5% Margin of Error and 2 points separating Rubio & Crist, it’s funny that they even thought it was newsworthy to publish this. I’d like to see something with a bit more significance.

First of all Rasmussen is the only poll that is accurate. All the others lean left, then miraculously tell the truth in the last week to mirror Rasmussen’s results. At that point they have to dump their ideology to establish credibility. A poll by a newspaper (mostly liberal) or one of the colleges (mostly liberal) will yield liberal results. Track polls and you will see that it it a fact, Jack. If it is not Rasmussen it is not a poll.

Crist will lose ground every day till the election and will have about 11% of the vote. Democrats have only his word that he is Pro-abortion, and his word doesn’t mean much. Republicans were duped and Democrats are being duped. Simple fact is Crist is for Crist and he will sell out anyone or everyone. Would anyone invest their vote on this egotistical, self-serving, politician? When reality sets in on election day Crist will be a not-entity. He hasn’t yet escaped the criminal charges surrounding the Greer involvement.

Where’s CharLIE? J. Cheney Mason wants to serve a subpoena on you! Says he needs you to tell the truth and help defend your former friend Jim Greer. We’re not sure if you remember Mr. Greer(I mean I heard you say you didn’t know Scott Rothstein, so I know you suffer from both short and long terms memory loss!) Anyway, Mason thinks you have information that will defend his client! Maybe he just wants you to reinterate about that affidavit you signed about “I never heard of Victory Strategies, LLC. until the fit hit the shan!) Then, he also wants to depose your partner in crime Bill McCollum! That should be a trip! Lying twins! I’ll bet the both of you can’t tell the same identical lies! That’s how liars get caught! They can’t remember their own lies!

RepublicanConscience, are you smoking something? 11% for Crist come election day?!? It’s between Crist and Rubio and the Dems will abandon Meek because he just can’t win this one. Fearing Rubio, they’ll vote for Crist…and then Crist will likely win narrowly. That being said, it can all change come election day…4 months away. It’s probably better for Crist if Meek is the nominee rather than Greene, since Meek doesn’t have Greene’s money.
