Once a clear favorite, McCollum now chasing Scott in GOP gubernatorial race
by Michael C. Bender | July 18th, 2010When Republican Bill McCollum declined to run for a second term as attorney general and instead entered the gubernatorial race in May 2009, he made a Charlie Crist-type commitment to “access and inclusion.”
Party leaders, including those who helped Crist win the office in 2006 and guided him toward sky-high approval ratings, pressured McCollum’s potential primary challengers to stay away.
For nearly a year, it seemed to work: McCollum was coasting toward a November date with the Democratic favorite, Alex Sink, a matchup that polls showed he would win.
Then, his campaign turned on the television in April and saw one Rick Scott ad after the other.

Whoever wins the primary will be getting my vote.
Florida need fiscal conservatives, not the spending of Alex Pelosi Sink, whose husband also ran for government.
Alex Sink, former bank executive and her husband Bill McBride are the Hillary and Bill Clinton of Florida.
If the husband can’t win a political position, the wife will try.
Alex is another Nancy Pelosi. If she wins she will endorse EVERY policy of the Obama and democrats.
Open those borders, huh, Alex, flood the state with more immigrants who residents can fund their healthcare, give them housing vouchers, food vouchers, have more crowded schools.
We need to tighten our budget, cutback not open our borders and spend and TAX the public.
The public and homeowners are SUFFERING!

Gee, I guess Charlie Crist was really Bill McCollum’s mentor after all! How could this be? McCollum had years in congress and a stint in the US senate and after all those years he is too dumb to understand politics and succumbs to the influence of Chain Gang Charlie and his culture of corrution.
The evidence that McCollum has been under the influence of Crist lies in his most recent positions! First he’s against it and then he for it! Flat caught on TV stating he is opposed to a Florida immigration law like Arizona’s
then when he realizes the voting public is siding with RICK SCOTT because of his support of bringing the law to Florida, bang, McCollum is for it! Does his actions bring back memories of Charlie? Just like hugging Obama and supporting the stimulus before he was against it! Now he’s a quasi-democrat
and back supporting the stimulus! The real funny thing about McCollum’s flip flops is the support he provided RICK SCOTT when his hospitals was suffering the incompetence of the Clinton administrations medicare employee’s who thanks to Clinton’s welfare to workfare program was not intelligent enough to
decipher the medicare rules! McCollum actually supported RICK SCOTT and made several comments of such support for Scott against the incompetent Clinton administration. Check this link for McCollums statements and other truths about this situation:

Did Everett Wilkinson just tacitly endorse Bill McCollum for Governor of Florida a full month before the primary? Has the Tea Party simply become a Thanksgiving Day “kid’s table” for the Republican Party? Or is Wilkinson simply trying to steer it in that direction? Tea Party people are dead-set against career politicians; what McCollum has been for 30+ years. The tea party movement is the reason Rick Scott is up in the polls — he’s the guy who is on the same page with the Florida voter. Will Wilkinson steer his minions to vote for Alex Sink when Rick Scott is the Republican nominee? Or will he flip-flop as quickly as McCollum has in the past, scrounging for the scraps from the GOP’s table?

So, all this talk about the tea parties standing up to career politicians does not count if that career corrupt politician has the right connections to chain gang Charlie and his culture of corruption. They have even drug out every ole Republican nearly dead they can find for McCollum endorsements. Had Newsmax and Dick Morris (Bill Clinton’s advisor!) doing nasty attacks on RICK SCOTT. SO, IS THE SOUTH FLORIDA TEA PARTY CAVING IN TO THIS CULTURE OF CORRUPTION? Or just to uninformed and out of touch with truth to know McCollum and Crist are CO-CEO’s of this state organized culture of corruption? Its one or the other!

JUST A FEW REAL FACTS ABOUT THE 30 YEARS OF PUBLIC SERVICE McCOLLUM HAS RENDERED TO HIS FRIENDS AND FELLOW CULTURE OF CORRUPTION MEMBERS AND NOT
WE THE TAXPAYING/ VOTING PUBLIC. CHECK ALL OF THIS OUT AND YOU WILL FIND EVERY WORD IS TRUE! NO WONDER HE NEVER MENTIONS HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS ON HIS ADS:
Bill McCollum has his own negatives, and he can hardly answer them once he is attacked.
He is vulnerable on the following:
1) Rent A Boy Gay Scandal ($120,000. PAID OUT)
Being a hypocrite (NO BACKBONE)
2) State airplane abuse ($280,000. +)
3) Capping BP liability at $75 million
4) Votes to loosen mortgage regulations
5) Being a lobbyist
6) Being a career politician
7) Being weak on Immigration (Changed His Feeble Mind on this issue!)
9) Voting with Crist and Sink to squander $250 million on a bad NYC Apartment investment. (SEE LINK BELOW)
10) Giving $2 million in taxpayer money to the same guy who is now producing attack ads for a shady attack group on his behalf.
11) Links to Jim Greer (SUBPOENA COMING)
12) Facilitated the purchase of the Orlando Naval Base for friend Penny Pritzner at pennies on the dollar.
13) Refused to investigate any reported incidents of public corruption and responded with silly form letters informing complainants to hire their own attorney for resolutions.
14) Stanaki Land Deal for his friend Morri Hosseini along with accomplice Charlie Crist (**) see below
(**) Stanaki Land Deal Info:
Perhaps the Federal authorities need to look into a potential honest services issue regarding a Volusia County Republican Donor and Governor Crists dealings on a Land deal known as Stanaki. Stanaki Land deal in Volusia County could hurt McCollum. FDEP/ DSL was negotiating to buy land from major Republican donor and Volusia Based Developer Mori Hosseini in 2006. In derrogation of a court ruling (Case 05-001852) Crist granted development entitlements on the Land (FLAWC053106) while negotiations were in process. The donor was allowed to get new appraisals and raised the asking price from 8 to 16 million. Crist then had FDEP end negotiations and asked DCA to fund the purchase through a FCT Grant per McColums request. McCollum advised FCT to remove the previous appraisals from the files and allowed new appraisals to be used by the State. May 9 DCA approved funding the purchase at the higher per acre price. FCT Director Ken Reecy, said he was advised that the earlier FDEP appraisals and offers were “irrelevant” and was asked to remove them from the files prior to staff and Board review of the grant application (08-004-FF8). McCollum advises Departments on such matters and has ultimate authority on the process.

This is a good thing… Billy boy. Where have you been Billy Boy, Billy Boy… where have you been corruption Billy. You have been to seen the strife? No, you’ve been living the good life… and propagandizing the things you want the teachers to believe you are doing for them, and other special interest groups. Your own State Wide Grand Jury probe is a FRAUD on the people in Florida. And your anti-health care move was an empty shell game too. The truth… the truth is that we can not Trust you or Newsmax. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jARKEd1fsfI
