  1. Huh? Says:

He took it off the ballot because it was misleading? If that’s the case this guy should be lobbying to get obama out of office right now. If he is really concerned with “misleading” he should take the whole obamacare bill away. Give me a break

  2. puter_love2 Says:

Why do you think helping everybody with healthcare is a bad thing? i think the judge did the right thing.

  3. Edumacator Says:

    The ruling will be overturned

  4. Half Pint Says:

We are Americans, we are humans with free will given by God- no one- absolutely no one will tell me to purchase something unless I want to purchase it and that includes healthcare. So sick of my civil rights being threatened; guns, healthcare, what the hell is going to be next?

Half Pint… you have half of a brain obviously. And Huh? good screen name for someone who doesn’t have a clue!

Seriously… you people need to know that Glenn Beck is an entertainer not a constitutional scholar. And Rush Limbaugh is a drug addicted fat slob. Neither of these two hold a degree in anything. They did not attend college. They are bought and paid for mouth pieces for the Republican party and Special Interest Groups. Neither of them could give a rat’s behind about you, or famly or this country!

The constitution clearly states in the “Supremacy Clause”
The clause of Article VI of the U.S. Constitution that declares that all laws and treaties made by the federal government shall be the “supreme law of the land.”

Article VI, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution is known as the Supremacy Clause because it provides that the “Constitution, and the Laws of the United States … shall be the supreme Law of the Land.” It means that the federal government, in exercising any of the powers enumerated in the Constitution, must prevail over any conflicting or inconsistent state exercise of power.

  6. Jack Says:

The judge said the ballot SUMMARY was misleading, not the amendment itself. The summary is the description you see on the ballot. He refused to allow the text of the amendment to appear instead.

  7. Joyc Says:

What do you people think about being required to buy car insurance. That’s a requirement if you drive a car. What’s the difference, if you want to go to the doctor you should have health insurance. Insurance that’s affordable. What planet do you people live on!!

  8. To Joyc Says:

What planet do we live on? The planet where government should not dictate where my money goes. You are correct, if I go to the doctor I should have health insurance. That’s why I CHOOSE to pay for it. Obamacare is FORCING people against their will. BIG DIFFERENCE JOYC. As for the car insurance argument? I CHOOSE to drive, therefore I pay insurance. Obamacare FORCES you to pay for breathing

  9. To NoneyaBiz Says:

Who said anything about Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh or the Republican party? You say they don’t care about me or my family? GOOD, I DON’T NEED THEM TO, THAT’S WHY I AM HERE FOR. When are you people going to stop whining about “who’s looking out for us”?? Do for yourself and quit whining about other people.
