Democrat Meek airs first TV ad in Senate primary

by George Bennett | July 26th, 2010

After watching billionaire Democratic Senate primary rival Jeff Greene run more than two months’ worth of TV ads and go from nowhere to roughly even in the polls, Kendrick Meek joins the air war today with a 30-second spot that paints Greene as a party-changing, carpetbagging, credit-default-swapping enabler of economic ruin.

Meek spokesman Adam Sharon said the campaign has made a “significant” statewide ad buy.

Highly negative first ad reeks of desperation. Nothing positive in it introduce Meek to the voters which is customary in an initial ad.

So Comrade Meek of Fannie and Freddie fame’s first ad is an attack ad.

Why not run on his socialist record?

Finally KENDRICK tells Floridians who JEFF GREEN really is!!!

  4. PEter Schorsch Says:

It’s not only that Kendrick Meek’s first TV ad is late, it’s that it’s not that good
