He said he was for some form of a merit pay bill. Once he read the actual bill he realized there were problems with it. He did what few politicians are willing to do, listen to the will of the people. He remembered who he works for-us! Crist will be the republican candidate. Rubio is simply a Jeb puppeteer. In this case, the specter of apple pie and motherhood (teachers) has blinded normally intelligent folks into believing the UNION'S crapola. This legislation was in direct response to Race to the Top funds from DC. Obama pushed it. He knows, like I know, like most thinking people know, that good teachers matter. Period. Sadly, the TEACHER'S UNION put mediocre adults ahead of the children. And most Floridians fell for it. Crist is NOT noble on this one. He is a poll-sniffer to the 10th-degree. He was "for it" before he was "against it." Sound familiar? Craven, idiotic, self-absorbed politician. Oops, that's an oxymoron. But you get my point. Let 2010 be the last year Floridians are hoodwinked by Charlie Crist. Regardless of who you vote for in the US Senate race, let it not be Charlie Crist. Think people!
