VIDEO: Florida lawmakers target ‘head shops’

by Michael C. Bender | March 11th, 2010

It would be more difficult to sell carburetor pipes, chillums and chillers in Florida under a bill approved today by a panel of state lawmakers.

Don’t know what those items are? Most members of the House Finance and Tax Council didn’t either. Not that that stopped them from approving the bill 16-0.

One Response to “VIDEO: Florida lawmakers target ‘head shops’”

  1. Eric Battle Says:

Why are we using up state money to go after “head shops”. Is it not possible to worry about the child molester that lives across the street of an elementary School bus stop. Legislation is already in the works to try and legalize marijuana. Hitting head shops is just a gag to try and stop pot smokers. It doesn’t matter though because marijuana users can toke up without fancy equipment. I know a few who can anyways.
