Frank was in that Walmart saying "sorry" wearing an Obama t-shirt. As Frank Cerabino left that Walmart he purchased a BB-gun. Not only did frank qualify as a gay buying a gun, but he bought pink BB gun with flames on it to qualify as the Elton John of guns.
