U.S. House endorsements in Florida AG race
by Michael C. Bender | February 26th, 2010U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Pembroke Pines is announcing her support for Dan Gelber‘s AG campaign while U.S. Rep. Ron Klein of Boca Raton is backing Dave Aronberg.
Statements after the jump.
Wasserman Schultz:
When Dan Gelber came to the Florida Legislature we quickly knew he was the real deal. A battle-tested federal prosecutor, he immediately proved himself a person of uncommon passion and integrity. Dan and I have stood, shoulder to shoulder, fighting back some of the most regressive policies the right wing could throw at us. Elected by his colleagues to be their Democratic Leader, Dan has never backed away from a fight, and never compromised our principles.
Dan has the experience the job demands – he’s prosecuted every type of criminal, managed hundreds of lawyers and investigators, and is rated as one of Florida and America’s best attorneys. And while he has shown toughness, he has also shown compassion – Dan has been a life-time volunteer in the Big Brothers program.
Like me, I know you want Florida to finally obtain the change that has eluded it. Dan’s experience, passion and integrity is precisely what we need. Friends, we really need to get this one right.
From Klein:
“I have known Dave Aronberg since his days as an assistant attorney general in South Florida, and since joining the Florida Senate he has exhibited unparalleled leadership on issues important to the people of my district, as well as all Floridians,” Congressman Klein said.
“His legislative record embodies the commitment to public safety and consumer advocacy that we must demand of Florida’s next attorney general. That’s why today I proudly endorse Dave Aronberg.”

Wasserman-Schultz: Haiti is Florida’s 69th county. That’s what you can expect from any candidate she endorses. A flood of immigrants that we will pay for. Gelber will support this, too.

Anyone that Klein endorses is worth to NOT vote for!
Klein is a spineless, clueless, Yes-Man, A$$ Kisser.

For ALL fiscal conservatives in Palm Beach County: here are two groups that will help/coach grassroot LOCAL men and women.
AMERICAN MAJORITY is committed to training people to run not for
Congress, but for local office — farm team building.
And then there is SMART GIRLS POLITICS, one of the fastest growing activist groups in the country.
Locals interested in running for office contact these groups.
There is a blockade in PBC for republicans running in this county. Sid seeks to keep republicans from running or if you do he REFUSES to back you.
Look to AMERICAN MAJORITY and SMART GIRL POLITICS

Still astounds me that people would actually vote for someone based on a politicians endorsement. Professional liars telling you who to vote for.
