A person is either guilty or innocent. If there was shoddy prosecution than the case should be retried. There is no such thing…as it was shoddy but not enough to redo the case, but enough to preclude the death penalty

If the guy gave up info and he did it, he should have be killed right after the trail! Want to lower crimes, harsh public punishments! instead of these crooks knowing they can get off easy
