Florida joins letter objecting to Nebraska perks in health care bill
by Michael C. Bender | December 31st, 2009Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum said on Tuesday that he planned to join several other state attorneys general objecting to the so-called “Cornhusker Kickback.”
The letter was sent today to U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate President Harry Reid:
We believe this provision is constitutionally flawed. As chief legal officers of our states we are contemplating a legal challenge to this provision and we ask you to take action to render this challenge unnecessary by striking that provision.

Agree….Today’s politicians are FULLY CORRUPT. The are just a bunch of lawyers extorting each other for their vote….all bills get inflated ASTRONOMICALLY for what amounts to BRIBERY for A VOTE?
WHY does not the guy from Nebraska go to jail? He was the 60th vote they needed….cleearly he was allegedly PAID OFF by these BONUSES tacked onto the bill to Pay oFF NEbraska for this vote.
ITS ROBBERY….sure seems like it anyway.

The Republican will write a letter about the perks in this but the democrats wont write a letter about hurting healthcare…wow they are so wrong. where’s the third party?

does it matter? all the states will go begging to the feds once their medicaid bills explode……ya think the socialist liberals will say no? dont kid yourself, medicaide is now going to be the big giveaway to bamanomics transfer of wealth program…….disguised as a bill to give coverage to those who dont have it….what a joke.
