by Michael C. Bender | November 11th, 2009

Florida lawmakers should nullify a $20 million deal if they return to the Capitol next month for an expected special session, state Rep. Carl Domino, R-Jupiter, said today in a letter to House Speaker Larry Cretul.

Bennett also asked the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee to “review the financial soundness” of the transaction.”
