The Florida Police Benevolent Association endorsed Republican Gov. Charlie Crist’s U.S. Senate campaign today in Tallahassee. The group has been a long-time supporter of Crist.

“We’re gonna hate to lose you as our governor, but we know we’re going to enjoy you as our U.S. senator,” said Florida PBA President John Rivera.

Crist is facing a Republican primary against former House Speaker Marco Rubio.

Wonder if Gov. Crist’s approval of Sherriff Judd’s petition to legally murder Paul Johnson helped Blues see Crist Red.

  2. Reuben Says:

This is why I no longer support the PBA with donations. As long as they support ANY candidate, Rep or Dem, I will not give them a red cent. I’m all for helping widows and orphans of officers killed in the line of duty, and other worthy reasons, but they need to STOP THE POLITICS!

Marco Rubio has my vote…Crist publicly endorsed Obama’s 787billion spending plan while on stage with him in Ft. Myers and now Crist is blaming Obama in his ads…you cant have it both ways Charlie, you have screwed up the states insurance industry after promising to make it work you made it worse…you are just like Obama…you promised Florida alot and have delivered on nothing, you look and sound just like a used car salesman…I will be glad when you and your beard are out of the Governors Mansion…

  4. PATRICK Says:

Who cares…. This endorsement has been political since day one! Of course the PBA is going to endorse the governor. LOL!! All I know is that Crist is a liberal Obama loven sellout RINO! Our donations and vote goes to Marco Rubio! http://www.marcorubio.com

  5. swathdiver Says:

Yep, Rubio has our vote too! Lynch and West will also garner our support and votes for the House in Congress. No more big government statists!

Socialism in ANY form is immoral and EVIL.
