BlackBerry PIN messaging can and probably should be archived by all government agencies. This has been technically possible since v4.1 of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and archived PIN messages can be made easily searchable and auditable using products such as Retain for BlackBerry:

Emails are typically archived. So should other forms of electronic communication.

Yes, the PSC is corrupt. But the cause is the PSC Nominating Council that sends the “best” candidates for the Governor to choose. Council members have strong patronage ties to the utilities, especially FP&L.

The “system” has allowed the PSC to be either neutral or supportive to the FPL. No amount of hearings or investigations will correct it. Their staffs are blatant in back slapping with FPL. A clean slate of new Director’s/staff not influenced by political “needs” is in order. Watch the dancing and B.S. coming up to get their rate increases for huge payroll raises for the top officials. Surprised? Disgusting!!!
