Brogan named chancellor of Florida’s state university system

The decision, made in less than ten minutes this afternoon by the Board of Governors, was unanimous.

Thank god he is gone. Being President of FAU actually required some competence and ability to deal with the diversity of South Florida. “One speech” Frank had a great smile, but that’s all. Moreover he had a problem with the “Boca crowd” and the gays. Now he is back in Tallahassee with all the north Florida good old boys and in a do-nothing job that is the right fit for this “King of the D List”
