Is this guy a consumate politician or what?! (and I voted for him!) I just love how he turns this around &amp; makes this about Landscaping!  The reality is - He just signed over Florida's water rights for the next 50 years to a select few rich folks. Consider that fresh water will probably be THEE most precious resource in the future. Some big landowner's grandkids got their futures secured today.  I wonder what the Guv got?</description>
