It's apalling that they all get lumped together as one - absolutely apalling. Those guilty of the "Romeo and Juliet" offenses should not have to be on the Sex Offender list. Murderers who are out of jail don't get put on a list like that nor are they restricted as to where they live - it's so unfair. Its watered down with all these non-crimes. The way it is now, an 18 year old boy can get on the list if he slaps a 12 year old girl on the butt - no sex required. That's just plain wrong. The sexual predator list should be reserved for people who are proven predators and not just because they happened to fall in love with a teenager.
