So, if your current Florida DL will be expiring within 18 months of Dec. 31, 2009, you can renew early (before Dec. 31, 2009) and get the $20.00 rate. New license will be good for 7 years at either rate. The politicians tell us that this is not a tax increase. They just increased our fees.... THANK YOU - Fasano, Atwater, Alexander, Hasner, Homan, Sansom, Ambler, Crutel and all the other Repiglicans - INCLUDING OUR CHEERLEADER GOVERNOR!!!
