Ms Sink was responsible for the oversight of the program. I give her an "F". I witnessed first hand the waste, inefficiency and poor planning at the state level. People were hired in top place who knew NOTHING about construction. It did not take long to realize that most people were hired by nepotism rather than competency. Eight companies, WCES, made MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in this program. This money and much, much more was supposed to go to Florida home owners. Most money was eaten up by administration costs and waste. In a word....disgraceful and bush league. I would not vote for Ms Sink for dog catcher. She is totally out of her realm.
