I have a better idea. Why don’t they just pass a law making it legal for any woman who gets “upskirted” to kick the crap out of the guy with the mirror? Cut out the middle man.

It is truly a shame that someone can’t go to Flashdance or T’s to look at women wearing little or no clothing.
