Bad day at the polls: 20% and arrest

A candidate wants election day to end with a victory photo — not a Palm Beach County jail mug shot. In Belle Glade, perennial candidate Richard Harris’ campaign ended in the latter category Tuesday.
He was arrested on an aggravated assault charge after sheriff’s deputies say he threatened a woman by swinging a baseball bat during a dispute outside a polling place. An arrest report says Harris denied threatening the woman and characterized the incident as a misunderstanding.

Harris ended up with 20.1 percent of the vote against Mary Ross Wilkerson.

I am so glad this guy finnally got what he deserved. To call yourself a “reveran” is a disgrace. When will you ever quit wasting people’s time and money by running in elections. Nobody likes you. Your cocky attitude-yes, i’ve met and talked to him- has finally gotten you into trouble, and i hope, and will send 500 letters if i have to get judge bailey to throw the book at you. You can die of Gonorrhea and rot in hell you evil man.

I don’t like some of the things that you do, but you try hard to make things happen for Belle Glade, as far as going out there getting funds. You were provoked on yesterday to the extented you were taken to. God don’t respect one person no better than the other, but you keep your head up, cause this to will past. With God on your side. you can conquer all things.

This arrest shouldn’t surprise anyone…..”Scrawberry Red” has been arrested many times…… The prin. at GCHS had to have him arrested for trespassing….he then feigned a heart attack. He is NO good. His % at the polls drop after each election. Too bad though, the man is smart and articulate and could get things done if he wasn’t so stank, evil, and aggressive. He needs to sit down and leave folks alone, especially those young…..oops, never mind. By the way, can anyone tell this popst where he received his seminary degree and where he is a minister. I wish the POST would stop saying he was a minister; maybe minister for the devil….Yes Lawd….have Mercy.

He need to stay in jail. Who keeps protecting him? He leave town and come back with $$; where he get it. How does he earn a living? He ain’t no preacher, that is 4 sho. Harris has lost 5 times in city election and one time in primary for county commision. He wants folks to belive only white folks don’t vote for him….HA…man, he would lose if no whites voted at all…..balck son’t want his behind either.
