‘Americans didn’t vote for a Rush to failure’

The Democratic National Committee today selected the above slogan to paste on a billboard somewhere in West Palm Beach, where Rush Limbaugh broadcasts his conservative radio show.
The announcement is the latest update in a week-long publicity stunt from the DNC, which is hoping Limbaugh’s divisive reputation helps President Obama’s approval ratings. The DNC is using the billboard today to ask for donations to help “get out the message.”

The Democrats are trying to distract you from the real crimes of spending the country to death. They are creating a common enemy to galvanize the followers against. The last 8 years the whole war on “Bush” is a prime example. They are trying to replace Bush with Rush. This is the biggest takeover in history and not a single shot was fired. What happens if the printing of the money ends up reducing the value of the dollar? That is hidden inflation. Prices get bigger, packages get smaller. Interest Rates rise like during Carter.

I fully agree with Rush and think that this is probably the best thing that’s happened to Rush. It’s given him more publicity than ever. I fully agree with him and hope that the socialist BO with his extreme left wing policies fails miserably! It just shows once again how afraid democrats are of free speech. It’s funny how they feel totally comfortable with it when a republican is in office. Apparently dissenting and making a voice be heard is an offense now. I didn’t see this as being so offensive by the media for the last 8 years!

No one party or idea is without faults. But this billboard business is clearly meant to be a distraction from the lack of follow through of campaign promises. When Obama signed that pork laden bill the other day he lost my support. Atleast early in your tenure you should make good on your promises.

Why happened to “Hope” as the message.
Why are Democrats picking a fight with a radio talk show host? James Carville said he hoped Bush failed in 2001. There was more to what Carville’s message was just like there was more to Rush’s message. In any event, this type of thing is not the postive move forward message we voted for.

Jimmy, try a reality check for a change. Try saying something more than lies and left wing talking points you heard on MSNBC. The Bush admin tried to reel in the sub-prime mess. Guess who stood in the way and killed it in committee? Had Fannie and Freddie been re-regulated from what the Clinton admin had done in 1995, the mess would have been much much smaller or avoided as the gov would fine banks for not making a portion of their business sub-prime.
